Non resident status

We strongly recommend that all landlords apply for the overseas exemption. It’s a very straightforward process . Non-resident landlord can apply application to have UK rental income without deduction of UK tax - individuals (NRL1) HMRC Link

Handling your taxation obligations:

We will pay you rent without deductions where you are Non-resident Landlord (NRL) Scheme registered.
We can assist you in setting up your NRL Scheme registration where you are not.
If applicable, we ensure the correct level of tax is deducted from your rental income.
If deductions can be reduced, we advise you how this can be done.
We pay the tax to the Inland Revenue on your behalf and report to you (if applicable).
