99home is delighted to announce the launch of a new online lettings service which now allows landlords to list their properties, including advertising on Zoopla and PrimeLocation for as little as £29! 

99home is an expanding online sale and letting agent allowing private landlords access to advertise on the major portals at minimum prices. 

As we already selling and letting properties through our 99home.co.uk platform, now this “Express Letting” package will allow landlord who wants to let small properties, a room or a part of house, e.g. HMO to advertising on the big portals.

Our clients won’t be charges any admin fees. The landlords will not be charged for referencing but tenants will be charged only £25 if referencing is requested by the landlords.
