Yes, all payment details are sent directly to Stripe. We never see any of this information. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available.
A onetime £29 fee which includes property listing on Zoopla, PrimeLocation, On The Market and other portals, deposit protection at a deposit protection scheme, digital tenancy set-up, first month rent collection with No agency or admin fees, no contract signing fees, no hidden charges.
£40 (inc VAT) per reference conducted, and not all Landlords insist on referencing. Right to rent must be checked by the landlord.
99home use Mydeposits.co.uk, DPS & TDS for deposit protection. The deposit is protected within 1-7 working days*.
Please inform tenant and 99home so we can get in touch with the tenant(s) for the deposit and referencing purpose.
Landlord pay for full reference which includes employment reference, previous tenancy reference, right to rent check(Landlord need to certify), credit checks (clear of unsatisfied CCJs, clear of bankruptcies, clear of satisfied CCJs, found at current address, previous address matched, no undisclosed addresses).
