Ans. Depending on the package chosen: your property would be listed on major portals 4 months (Standard), 6 months (Combo), and 12 months (High Street). Rightmove listing spans 3 months (Combo), 6 months (High Street).
Q-2. Are there additional costs to change adverts or pictures etc?
Ans. There’s no extra charge - just use the convenience of your online dashboard where you can update your listing any time. You can upload up to 29 pictures.
Q-3. Can I choose my own pricing?
Ans. Yes, you can choose your own price. If you need any help, we are more than happy to assist you.
Q-4. Can I choose any solicitors?
Ans. Yes, you can choose any solicitors and you can also request no-obligation quote from our panel of solicitors
Q-5. Can I have multiple agents, and if I decide to cancel my listing do I have to pay anything extra?
Ans. You can have multiple agents. There is nothing to pay if you want to cancel a multi-agency listing. (not applicable in NSNF package)
Q-6. How much is the No Sale No Fee package?
Ans. Our No Sale No Fee package starts at £999, payable upon completion, or alternatively, it can be 1% + VAT it depends on the property.

Q-8. How soon will my property be listed on Rightmove and Zoopla?
Ans. Once your property and ownership is verified, your property will be active on Rightmove and Zoopla within 24-48 working hours.
Q-9. What are your charges for accompanied viewings?
Ans. We charge £360 for up to eight group viewings.
Q-10. How much Rightmove costs?
Ans. Rightmove is £129 per month. It could be renewed every month for £120.
Q-11. Can I list my property for free in major portals?
Ans. Yes, you can use our digital auction and list your property in major portals including rightmove without any charges to the seller.
Q-12. When can photos and a floorplan be arranged?
Ans. The timing depends on your availability and the property's location, as we engage the fastest service providers available.
Q-13. what is material information and do I need it?
Ans. Material information refers to any details about a property that could significantly impact a potential buyer or renter's decision. it is a mandatory requirement.
