2. To carry out viewings at properties ensuring the property is shown to its best advantage and to deliver a word of mouth service.

Acting as an ambassador for the company - showing people around properties that are on the market. Diary management and time management. Ensuring the office gets clear feedback on all viewings carried out.

Educated to GCSE level as a minimum. Full UK driving license. Able to drive and own car. Lives locally. Smart and well presented. Preferably with some work experience. Must have a full frame camera.

Have excellent communication skills. Lively and enthusiastic. Hard working, punctual and reliable. Able to cope under pressure. Have a courteous and friendly manner.
Willing to work on Saturdays and sometime evenings. (9.00 to 17.00).

Your task will be photographing properties of all shapes and sizes. You also measure and draw the properties to produce floor plans. Full Online training will be provided for the role but you need your own equipment like Full frame camera and 16 or 24 mm lens.
