We have received reports of Mr. Daim posing as a landlord to scam unsuspecting tenants. His modus operandi involves registering with estate agents who offer online rental services, paying their fees, and then advertising properties he does not own. After collecting substantial deposits from tenants, he disappears without providing the promised accommodation.

The process curruntly in use by Samy Daim. 

1. Samy will market a property below market value/rent. E.g. a £2000 PCM property marketed for £1500 PCM

2. Samy will contact all the queries by email/WhatsApp to book a viewing and further steps (Asking passports, ID's etc)if you like to go ahead with the property.

3. Someone will show the property on agreed time. 

4. Once you sent Samy all the requested details, he will ask you a number of questions like when is the moving date, how many tenants will be residing, which payment option you would prefer etc.

5. Samy will send you agreement and will send you an invoice of the full payment. 

6. Samy will ask full year rent and 5 weeks deposit. 

If a property actual rent is £2000 PCM, Mr Daim will offer you something like £1500 x 12 = £18,000 in one go and 5 weks depost. 

You will be happy as you have securd a property but in real meaning, you have been scamed! 

Despite not owning the properties, Mr. Daim has managed to access and use photographs of various properties, even conducting viewings with potential tenants.
