On the ground floor there is a small kitchen plus male and female WC and shower facilities. These are located within the gym area and therefore shared with other users.

The gym will have classes weekdays at 6am, 7am, 9:30, 5pm and 6pm with no more than 10 persons in a class. On saturdays there is a busier class at 8am. The building is therefore quiet outside of these times.

The space and terms are flexible and can taken as a whole on a long term basis, or shared with other users on a per day basis (for example).
